Pickle Rolls

Soooo last month we went to a friends for their annual Ugly Christmas Sweater party and upon all the gathering, chatting, & munching on finger foods I come upon these WONDERFUL appetizers & have been addicted ever since.

What a great way to come up with a new twist on ham & cheese roll-ups!! So easy & simple to do, there are two ways of doing this but still with only the same 3 ingredients.

Ingredients:
   Ham
Cream Cheese(room temp. easier to spread)
Dill Pickles(spears do make the rolling process easier)

Directions:
Pat dry ham slices off of any packaging water
Take 1 ham slice & thinly spread cream cheese over entire slice
**this is where you can change it up--you can do 2 ham & cheese slices on top of each other or just leave it with just the 1 slice, the extra second ham & cheese layer does help for those who don't like the strong dill pickle taste OR you could slice the dill pickle spear in half if too big**
Place dill pickle spear on ham & cheese slice & roll up
Once done rolling with as many slices/roll-ups you need refridgerate for at least 30-45mins(my fridge is on a colder setting then most so I can get away with the 20-30mins if need be)
Once you're ready to serve pull out rolls & slice up, I generally can get on average 6 rolls per roll-up
